Acche Vibes is a marketplace platform that connects consumers with beauty and wellness businesses. We facilitate communication and bookings but are not a party to transactions between users and businesses. The actual services are provided directly by the businesses listed on our platform.
Our platform offers two ways for consumers to connect with businesses:
Consumers can send inquiries to businesses. Businesses need credits to receive inquiries and coordinate bookings manually with customers.
Businesses can enable direct booking, allowing consumers to book specific time slots. Businesses still need credits to receive these bookings and may require approval before confirming.
We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by businesses on our platform. We are not responsible for disputes between consumers and businesses. Users are encouraged to verify business credentials and exercise their own judgment.

No Refunds on Credits
Credit purchases are non-refundable. Unused credits will expire 12 months from purchase date. Please choose your credit package carefully.
All payments for credit packages are processed securely through Razorpay, our payment gateway partner. We support:

Any payments for services between consumers and businesses are made directly and are not processed through Acche Vibes. We are not responsible for payment disputes, cancellations, or refunds related to actual service transactions.
The Acche Vibes platform, including its design, features, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is owned by Body Chi Me India Pvt Ltd and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for personal or business purposes. You may not:
